Backwards

Sometimes we look at things backwards, say things backwards.

For example, we say that we put on our shoes and socks. That’s not the way it happens. Instead, we put on our socks and then our shoes.

A storm blew through this morning. It brought thunder and lightning. But first there is lightning and then there is thunder.

I think therefore I am. Do we not have to exist before we can think?

Chicken Noodle Soup. There’s so many more noodles than slivers of chicken. It’s really Noodle Chicken Soup.

And that I before E except after C phrase? Weird, huh.
