Parallel

I met a friend for lunch in Bastrop yesterday. I got to Bastrop on time, but found the public parking lot full. Uh oh, now what? That left parking on the street. Parallel parking. Yikes!

So I parallel parked. I had two little adjustments to make once I was in the parking spot, but I only had to back in once. Amazing, as I parallel park once every 10 years or so.

It’s the little things that can make us smile.
